One of the ways that I not only make my morning easier, but I also manage to make my kids happy at the same time is by creating a fun and nutritious breakfast buffet. My kids LOVE buffets, it must be something about all those endless options. And I love buffets because it’s less work for me since they have the opportunity to create their own favorite toppings.
