When my first born was a baby I was against hand held technology. I didn’t like anyone using hand held devices and I even refused to ever buy an iPod (remember those?). Fast forward to 8 years later and I have successfully let my guard down and I have fully accepted that technology is definitely the wave of the future. Furthermore, I have come to realize that in order for our children to successfully fit into society they need to be able to navigate through tech as well. Now we are a proud family of tablets, smart phones, smart tv’s and gadgets – and I wouldn’t have it any other way. And I certainly love that each of my children even as young as 18 months old can use tech to play games, learn mathematics and language skills. Every app is LeapFrog certified to ensure there are no in-app purchases, no harmful third-party ads and only the best age-appropriate experiences to get your little frog learning. You’ll be able to stay in control of what your child can access online with the LeapFrog browser. Right out of the box your child will only be able to access preselected kid safe web content.
