Girls Day Out at Victoria Gardens
Before I had children of my own I would daydream about the days I would have the opportunity to take my sweet-cheeked little girls on a girls day out. They would sing sweetly while trotting along, holding hands and we would shop at all the stores and spends oodles of money. Last week I had the opportunity to have a fun girls day out with my two girls at Victoria Gardens. They didn’t sing sweetly while trotting along holding hands for longer than about 2.5 seconds before one complained about walking too much and the other complained that she was “so starving she was going to die” but alas, we had a great day of doing some much needed Fall shopping. Fall at Victoria Gardens
Victoria Gardens is a 147-acre open-aired shopping destination that is as gorgeous as it is convenient. It’s one of my most favorite shopping destinations because they have everything you would ever need. Quite frankly, I don’t know why you’d choose to shop anywhere else. Shopping at Victoria Gardens during the Fall season is my absolute favorite. The air is crisp and the colors of the leaves are breathtaking.
Lets Get Our Shopping On
We have a holiday photo shoot coming up for the kids next week and we were in desperate need of coordinating outfits for the kids to wear. So the first place the girls and I headed to on our girls day out was H&M for some amazing shopping. I love the H&M kids department. The clothes are always right on trend and nicely priced. We were able to pick up a navy tulle skirt and fun jacket for my oldest daughter at H&M. It was a definite score!

After shopping to our hearts content at H&M we ate a quick lunch at California Pizza Kitchen (the girls fav) before heading to Frost Gelato for a sweet treat before finishing up shopping and heading home. Last spring I had the opportunity to go to Italy with my mom and one of the things I miss the most from our trip was all that delicious Italian gelato. I’m happy to report that Frost Gelato is just as delicious (if not even more delicious) than the gelato in Italy. My girls and I enjoyed the blueberry and strawberry flavors before hitting Macy’s for new bath towels and heading home. It was a seriously fun shopping trip at Victoria Gardens.
