When we moved back to our hometown into an older home last August we knew that going from a former brand new home to an older fixer upper home was going to be an adjustment. What we weren’t expecting was just how much time and money was going to be required in home repairs and upgrades to get our older home up to date. Because of the serious home improvement updates I was left with not very much in the budget to decorate. You can definitely say that I had champagne taste on a beer budget. However, I have come to realize that decorating does not have to break the bank. With smart online shopping you can decorate like the pros for a fraction of the cost. A Lasting First Impression
