Dragons: Race to the Edge
On June 26th the brand new 13 episode original series, DreamWorks Animation’s Dragons: Race to the Edge flew across screens exclusively on Netflix. In honor of the fire-breathing Netflix animation we were given a box full of opportunities to get creative in honor of the brand new original show…and get creative we did!
Inside the box were all the makings for a perfectly snuggly night in to watch Dragons Race to the Edge on Netflix. Also included in the box was a few boxes of chalk and an invitation to get creative and create magical, mystical scenes. That is my oldest son in the picture above, bravely fighting off a fire-breathing dragon. Below is my oldest daughter as “Queen Missy”. They loved doing this!
Dragons: Race to the Edge takes How to Train Your Dragon fans on a new journey with Hiccup, Toothless, and the dragon riders of Berk. Set between the first and second film, Dragons: Race to the Edge follows Hiccup and friends after they discover a mysterious and powerful artifact aboard an abandoned ship known as the Dragon Eye, which leads them to uncharted territories and undiscovered dragons. In Hiccup’s own words, “this changes everything.”
You can have your very own Dragons Race to the Edge inspired viewing party at home as well. Just look at how creative the Netflix StreamTeam was with the Doritoes “Dragon Scales” and Bugles “Dragon Claws”, my kids thought that was so cool they’ve asked me to create themed foods for every snack.
We encourage you to grab your friends, a snuggly blanket and some tasty snacks to watch Dragons: Race to the Edge now streaming on Netflix.
