Do you have a favorite children’s book? Or a book that you especially love to read out loud to your children? I have many. When I think about it, my absolute favorite children’s books are the ones with a simple story with a good morale and colorful artwork. One of my favorite authors is Eric Carle, we may have at least a dozen of his books. We even have a giant 6 foot long very hungry caterpillar that a friend gave to us. When we were given the opportunity to experience the Very Eric Carle exhibit at the Discovery Cube Orange County, I couldn’t pass it up.
The Very Eric Carle exhibit is a travelling experience that will only be at the Discovery Cube Orange County until May 14th. And I don’t know about you but these days bleed into weeks that bleed into months and before you know it the 14th will have come and passed before you know it. So don’t wait to experience the Very Eric Carle exhibit, you’ll be happy you did. And hey, the exhibit is included in general admission.

For our very own Very Eric Carle exhibit I took my daughters, my son’s both had baseball games anyway. It was the perfect day and perfect exhibit to spend with the girls. My 2 year old daughter loved the books the most, perhaps because she recognized them all from home. Actually, she wanted to bring them home too! My 6 year old daughter loved everything, most especially the night symphony wall. That was my favorite too!
