A Spring Break Play Date With A Starbucks Coffee Break #DeliciousPairings

The weather is perfect and warm here in Southern California, ideal for a water play Spring break play date. I’ve had to put a lot of effort forward this week to come up with fun and creative ways to entertain my now-hard-to-entertain-kindergartner since he is used to the school regime.  I’ve put so much effort into entertaining him this week in fact, that I deserve a treat. Just yesterday, I filled up the baby pool with water, slapped their suits on their bodies and sent them outside under the warm Southern California Spring sun while the baby and I stayed inside and I enjoyed a hot cup of Starbucks coffee in peace.

The older kids were mucking it up in the backyard while I savored the pairing of Walmart’s bakery chocolate chip cookies and Starbucks Dark Caffe Verona ground coffee. I savored my sweet treat immensely, the combination of the Starbucks Dark Caffe Verona with hints of roasty sweet dark cocoa and the hearty homemade deliciousness of the Walmart bakery chocolate chip cookies was out of this world. The cookies brought out the dark cocoa notes in the Starbucks Caffe Verona coffee. And naturally, chocolate and coffee always seem to go together.

Walmart stores across America are offering their customers Delicious Pairings with Starbucks coffee and their delicious Bakery goods. Displays labeled Delicious Pairings within the Bakery make it easy to find Starbucks coffee and bakery goods that go well together.

I love that Walmart makes it easy to find delicious pairings, even as an avid Starbucks coffee fanatic that regularly purchases Starbucks coffee, having expert advice in regards to flavor combinations makes enjoying a sweet treat even more savory. I am definitely going to make creating delicious coffee pairings part of my play date mom break routine.

Next time you need a sweet treat mom break, I highly suggest you try the Starbucks Dark Caffe Verona Coffee and Walmart Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies combo. Be on the lookout for a delicious pairings display in a Walmart near you too.
