I will never forget seeing the original Aladdin animated film in the theater when I was a child. The vibrant colors and lively music enraptured my 11 year old attention. Reading the new Aladdin: Far from Agrabah novel brought back the nostalgia of my own childhood. The book, although recommended for children 10-14 years old, was an enjoyable read for me too!
My oldest son is required to read a lot in 6th grade for “reading counts points”. For him, reading this novel was a refreshing change from the school required reading. He thought it was a great, fast read!
