Bushfire Grill All New Organic, Grass Fed Hamburgers

September 8, 2014 By Desiree Eaglin

Local, Healthy, Fresh.

Established in 2012, Bushfire Grill in Temecula California serves fresh and local home style food, cooked simply with bold flavors all at an affordable price. Bushfire Grill isn’t “take out” food but rather “take home” food and strives to provide healthy, naturally nutritious and tasty food that has been humanely raised, free from hormones & antibiotics, sourced from local farmers and organic whenever possible. Whether you dine in or dine at home, Bushfire Grill provides slow cooked, served fast meals you can feel good about.

Most well known for their dynamite slow cooked rotisserie chicken, Bushfire Grill has expanded their menu to include half pound hamburgers. I was invited to a media tasting of the new organic, grass fed all beef burgers at Bushfire Grill, all opinions are my own.

Funny Fact: This was the first dinner I enjoyed in peace, free of chubby, grubby children’s fingers in about 6 months. I relished it.

Bushfire Grill in Temecula Food Review

The Best Burgers, Ever.

These half pound organic, grass fed prime natural angus beef burgers are ground daily in house from Bushfire Grill’s signature blend of Brisket and Chuck for the best flavor. These tasty beef burger patties are fresh and never frozen, contain no hormones or anti biotics and are humanely raised on environmentally sustainable west US family ranches. Owner of Bushfire Grill Brandon Barwin spared no expense in creating the best tasting burger ever created.

Of course the best burgers deserve the best buns, so Bushfire Grill burgers are served on organic focaccia buns that are made from scratch in house and served with made from scratch aiolis. Patty choices include organic, grass fed beef (1/2 lb), grass fed Mediterraneon Lamb (1/2 lb) and Quinoa Veggie. Bun choices include organic Focaccia buns, lettuce wrap or UDIS gluten free (extra charge of .95).

My Order

After talking with Brandon Barwin, owner of Bushfire Grill I chose to order the En Fuego Burger because he highly recommended it (and it’s his fav burger on the menu). My burger came with a side of sweet potato fries and a Quinoa and beet salad (which is pronounced like “kwinnyah” not “quinneoah” like how I ordered it *cringe*). I had a pear cider too.

The burger was the best I have ever had. Quite literally. My burger was juicy and delicious…and huge. I dipped my sweet potato fries in the jalapeno aioli and above all, I enjoyed my delicious meal in peace.

This media tasting visit to Bushfire Grill was my first but it certainly will not be my last. I fell in love with the vision of the restaurant, the homeyness of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. Oh and the food. I LOVED the food.
