The kids and I had the absolute pleasure of attending Camp Spooky at Knotts Berry Farm a few weekends ago and as usual, we had a blast! We love, love, love Knotts Berry Farm and we love going during the holiday season. Besides the already gorgeous setting, Camp Snoopy is decorated to transform into “Camp Spooky” for Halloween and my kids and I love it!
Camp Snoopy is the perfect playground for my kids age ranges because there is something for everyone to enjoy. A little adrenaline rush from Charlie Brown’s Speedway for my oldest, a little air lift thrill from the Balloon Race for all of us (that’s my favorite ride!) and all around fun from the Huff and Puff for each of my older kids.
Every weekend for the month of October, Knotts Berry Farm’s Camp Snoopy transforms into “Camp Spooky” – a family friendly no-scare Halloween celebration! Kids ages 3 to 11 are invited to participate in super fun day time Halloween festivities that are fun.
Included with admission to Knotts Berry Farm, the Halloween activities are:
Charlie Brown’s Spooktacular show (showtimes 12:30, 2:30 & 5:00)
Snoopy’s Costume Contest and Parade (starts at 3:45 by the camp snoopy theatre)
Monster Factor – a maze of mirrors!
Trick or Treating! Stop at 5 stations to gather yummy treats!
Scary Stories At The Lodge (showtimes 11:00, 12:00, 1:30, 5:00)
Creepy Crawly Critter Cave (my daughters favorite!)
For a small fee, the kids can decorate Halloween shaped cookies inside the Grizzly Creek Lodge. We decorated awesome witch hat cookies. Just look at this thing!
Camp Spooky runs weekends October 5-27 and is included with regular park admission. Knott’s Berry Farm Theme Park operating hours are 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
