Last Sunday, my best blogging friends and I headed out to Hollywood to catch Expressing Motherhood at the Lillian Theater. The show was moving, emotional, beautiful, real and perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of it. My favorite bit of the night was performed by Shannon Noel Webb of Lullabies For Mommy as she sang my life’s tune. I was able to capture the first few minutes (Caution: Adult Language).
When she was done singing, Kim turned to me and said “Did you write that?”
No. But I should have.
The Expressing Motherhood show is going to Chicago and they will be accepting writing submissions soon. So get to writing Chicago area moms, you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity.
