Ling Ling Fried Rice

Homemade and Good

Today’s modern parents are as busy as ever. Between school, after school sports, friends and homework it’s no wonder that some things slip through our fingers. If I had to admit how many times my children ate fast food during our busiest of days I would be mortified. Perhaps back in the day our moms were able to provide home cooked meals every night of the week, but in these modern times we’re not so fortunate. Today’s parents like me rely on products that make our lives easier. The new Ling Ling Fried Rice line provides a variety of Asian inspired dinners that are very fast and convenient to make – helping parents like me on my busiest of days. Ling Ling Fried Rice comes in five unique dishes based on pure and authentic Asian inspired recipes from Japan, China, Korea and Thailand.

Yours truly, getting ready to cook Ling Ling Fried Rice!

The setup was perfect!

A Night of Food and Fun

I recently had the opportunity to attend a special dinner hosted by Ling Ling and Chef Katie Chin to try three of the Asian inspired fried rice recipes. It was an honor to meet Chef Katie Chin, she was very warm and friendly. She even gave myself and other influencers in attendance a signed copy of her new cookbook “Everyday Chinese Cookbook: 101 Delicious Recipes from My Mother’s Kitchen”. Chef Katie Chin gave us instructions and guidance to create three side dishes that paired perfectly with the Ling Ling Fried Rice. Of course the star of the food show was the Ling Ling Fried Rices. I was blown away by the authentic savory flavor of each Fried Rice dish. It was a very fun evening full of fun and food. It was nice to finally meet Shannon Gunree from The Redhead Mom!

Shannon is a HAPPY chef!

Ling Ling Fried Rice For The Win!

The three Ling Ling Fried Rice dishes that we made during the dinner event was the Bibimbap Beef, Chinese-Style Vegetable and the Yakitori Chicken. Although I thought all three of the Ling Ling Fried Rice dishes were delicious, my favorite was the Chinese-Style Vegetable. The roasted corn and edamame in the Ling Ling Chinese-Style Vegetable rice tasted so fresh and delicious I had seconds and even thirds! My favorite side dish that we created during the event was hands down the Miso Butter Portobello Mushroom Skewers. They were insanely delicious and I don’t even care for mushrooms that much. I loved that dish so much, I have ordered white miso paste to recreate the dish at home. I cannot wait to make the Portobello Mushroom dish along with the Ling Ling Chinese-Style Vegetable Fried Rice for my own family.

Better Than Takeout

Ling Ling delivers superior flavor and exceptional taste because of the way they cook with the new Infusion Cooking Method. Each grain of rice is infused with Ling Ling signature sauces for incredible flavor in every bite. I wasn’t able to taste the difference between Ling Ling Fried Rice and my restaurant favorites! I can definitely see how Ling Ling Fried Rice will become a new family favorite. Ling Ling Fried Rice is fast and convenient and tastes amazingly good. My family and I have been fans of Ling Ling Potstickers for years and now I’m a fan of their Fried Rice. Ling Ling knows that our lives are busy and they’ve created a product with high quality ingredients that helps make delicious dinners fast and easy.
