A Healthy Smile Starts With A Healthy Mouth
A beaming, white smile is the best thing we can wear. A smile conveys so much about us and is the first thing people see, so who wouldn’t want a healthy smile? It goes without saying that having a regular mouth and teeth care routine is as important as eating a well-balanced diet because healthy smiles start with health mouths. As a mom I am very adamant that my children have solid oral care routines and that they learn healthy teeth and mouth cleaning habits young. And the best way for kids to learn is by having fun! I try to be a healthy habit hero by making the routine fun by singing silly songs like “brusha, brusha, brusha” from Grease and by dancing . I also try and set a good example by letting the kids watch my oral care routine and by talking about it often.
