Wellness – From the Inside Out
There isn’t a week that goes by that I am not asked how I do it “all” and I’ll be honest: being a mom of four young children isn’t easy. I learned very quickly after my third child was born that in order for our family to function well (or at all really) I had to be in optimal health. I learned that wellness starts from the inside out. Things like stress and busy schedules are unavoidable occurrences in our everyday lives and might take a toll on our wellness. We’ve all heard the phrase “if momma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy” right? I noticed that when I felt rundown that the family seams appeared to unravel. Therefore, in order to strive to the perfect mind-body balance that keeps me functioning at my best I started taking Nature Made vitamins at the beginning of this year on my path to total wellness.

I maintain that despite having so many young children, that we still go out on adventures and enjoy life and all that Southern California has to offer. Of course this doesn’t come without a lot of stress and strenuous physical activity on my part – there’s a lot of heavy lifting and carrying of stuff and children!
