The Dishes Are DONE, Man – Thanks To Cascade Platinum #MyPlatinum

June 14, 2013 By Desiree Eaglin

This is a sponsored post for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Cascade. All cleantastic opinions are my own.

cascade“The dishes are DONE, man” said Kenny Crandell in the iconic 90’s movie “Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter Is Dead” after he shot the dishes down like clay pigeons.

That’s one way to get the dishes done.

There are a few household chores that I could do with out. Grocery shopping and washing dishes are at the very top of the list of stuff I hate to do. There’s something so mandatory and obnoxious about those two household chores that bum me out every time I have to do them (which with a family of 5 is nearly every day).

Daydreaming about shooting down my families dirty dishes like clay pigeons and then exclaiming “The dishes are DONE, man” to my husband is something I daydream about.

However, thanks to awesome cleaning products like Cascade Platinum, doing the dishes is virtually pain free. With no need to pre-wash or even to pre-rinse, Cascade Platinum cleans off the stuck on food and grease and leaves behind a beautiful spotless sheen on the dishes AND the dishwasher. That’s a two for one right there folks. A triple-action formula that provides ultimate clean for dishes AND helps prevent hard water filming so the dishwasher sparkles? Sign me up.

Given the opportunity to try these Cascade Platinum pacs out, I jumped at the chance. Any opportunity to do less hand washing before or after running the dishwasher sounds like a good time to me.
I was curious however, just how do these little magic Cascade Platinum pacs work? So I looked into it. Inside the quick dissolving pacs is a tripe action of threat to dirty dishes comprised of a triple-action formula with a better enzyme power that delivers a remarkable shine to your dishes and helps keep your dishwasher clean.

I can sincerely say with a straight face that Cascade Platinum pacs are amazeballs. My dishes and glasses have never had the same sheen. I regularly take pictures of my dinners to torture you all on IG and I have been known to clean the dishes with windex (seriously, I do) to make the plates shine. Now, with Cascade Platinum not only are my plates clean they’re SHINY.

Cascade Platinum saves moms time and energy ya’ll. And that in my book means the dishes are DONE, man.
